Create a
reserve of everything in your life.
by Coach Rachelle

One of the basic principles of coaching
is to create a reserve of everything in your life: time, money, love, toilet paper.
The idea is that when you have more than enough of what you need you come from a
space of abundance instead of a space of lack. It also saves time and energy because
you have exactly what you need when you need it.

Suggestions for how to create a reserve
in this area. |

Always arrive ten minutes early for all
your appointments. |

|
Have an hour a day of unscheduled time
just for you. |

as books, the Internet and subject matter experts (SMEís). |

love and care for you. |

|
Build and nurture your core network |

|
|
| Household stuff |
|
Have a reserve of everything you use daily
or often such as toilet paper, dish soap, shampoo, etc. That way you never run out
and it creates space for you to build reserves in other areas of your life. |

Coaching:
Start building a reserve of everyday items. Have a six-month supply of toiletries.
Whatever you use often. Once you see how it feels to come from a place of having
enough, you can start building reserves in other areas of your life such as finance,
love, attitude, and expectations.
Quotes:
- "With a strong reserve, we are
truly at choice, which means that we can have what we want, spend our time doing
what fulfills us and truly be ourselves." - Thomas Leonard, Founder of Coach
University
ìI have noticed that the people who are late are often so much jollier than the people
who have to wait for them.î - Edward Verrall Lucas
- ìThere are no traffic jams when you
go the extra mile.î - Anonymous
